Rules board rules Dreamboard {as of: 2008/06/01}

These rules thoroughly apply to all users and / or visitors of this online service. Every user has to follow these rules in all conscience.

Users who do not agree to one or more of the following rules are not permitted to use this online service and have to leave this board immediately.

1. Freedom of opinion

1.1.

In general, at this board there is freedom of opinion.

However, the provider of the board reserves the right to delete postings without any explanatory statements.

1.2

Articles with pornographic, violence glorifying, insulting or other content that violates the Basic Constitutional Law of the Federal Republic of Germany and breaches of ethics will be deleted without giving any warning to the author.

In such cases the board team reserves its right to exclude the author from further use of this forum.

1.3

In every case the board team reserves the right to edit or delete articles from users as far as it is regarded to be adequate.

What is adequate or not it is to the moderators or administrators descretion. There is no legal claim for any article not to be edited, moved or removed.

1.4

Articles and cutouts of articles from sources outside this forum have to be provided with the best possible reference.

2. Behaviour at the board

2.1

Every member of this board commits himself with his registration to interact with the other members in an adequate and friendly way.

This inlcudes the compliance to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany as well as the usual etiquette according to bad words and any kind of defamation.

Disrespecting these rules can result in an immediate exclusion from this forum.

2.2

No kind of defamation of other Users will be tolerated, even if it was a result of being provoked.

In case of a defamation every User can contact a moderator or an administrator by sending an e-mail, PN or by using the "notify" functionaltiy of the board to ask for relief.

2.3

Any kind of conflicts between users (besides usual discussions) have to be clarified outside the public section of this board. In cases of doubt it is in the Moderators descretion to decide whether there is an ordinary discussion or a conflict.

2.4

As far as possible the recurrance of topics should be avoided.

To avoid recurrances users should use the search function of the board before starting a new topic.

2.5

Miss-behaviour of users should be announced to the moderators/administrators.

2.6 Forbidden content

The topics "softcams", "emulators" and "cardsharing" and anything related to them will not be tolerated on this forum. It is not allowed to name or link to software with illegal content and/or purpose. Articles containing one of these topics will be edited by the board team and finally deleted after an adequate period of time.

Bypassing the boards censorship can lead to an immediate exclusion of this service without previous warning.

Advertisement in any way (no matter if it is in the article, signature or anywhere else) will not be tolarated in this board and will therefore immediatley be deleted by the board team.

This rule does not apply to the carrier of this board.

3. User profiles

3.1

Every user has the right to add personal information to the predefined fields of his profile as long as it sticks to the board rules.

3.2

Every user can choose an individual avatar as long as it sticks to the board rules.

4. Signatures

4.1

Generallyl, signatures are allowed.

4.2

The board team reserves its right to edit or delete profiles and signatures of users if any of their contents are violating the rules. The user will be notified in such cases.

5. Links

5.1

Everyone who is posting links to other pages has to insure himself that the link is correct and not violating these rules.

The board team reserves the right zu remove or edit links that are vioalting the board rules.

Further, the board team reserves the right to warn the regarding user or to take other measures.

Every user of this forum is self dependent for his articles and associated violations of law. Particularly with regard to copyright violations by articles or announcements in this forum.

6. Shoutbox

6.1 The Shoutbox is a feature which enables the users of this board to communicate quickly, directly and straigtforward. All rules of the board regarding contents and moderation apply here, too.

7. Violations an penalties

7.1

The board team reserves the right to perform the following steps against violations of these rules:

Editing, moving or removing articles, threads or complete topics.

Sending special notes to the according user; as the case may be this can include a requirement of improvement or omission.

Changing the avatar or the title of the regarding user.

Putting restrictions on the users account.

Generally all measures should be substantiated. If the majority of the team agrees to a measure a substantiation can be abandoned.

8. Further rules and terms

8.1

Ever user of this forum fully agrees to all of these rules by entering it.

8.2

This online service (forum) is voluntary and therefore there is no legal claim on keeping and/or continuing this service, no matter on which legal basis.

Therefore the carrier(s) of this forum reserves himself the right to change the board and / or the terms of usage and /or to end or restrict this service in some way.

8.3

There is no legal claim for access or disposition on this online service.
